Tofu is made from soya bean curd and is one of the most complete and versatile protein foods in the world.

We source this tofu from Clearspot, a company in North Yorkshire that makes this tofu based on a traditional Japanese recipe.
Made with with 100% Organic Soya Beans, certified by Soil Association.

Using only natural ingredients, tofu is made by hand blending and pressing 100% organic soya beans, water and nigari, and that is all!

We use this tofu in our Buddha bowl dish too - you can try it out first! It's the best firm tofu I've found, tried and tested in the UK :)
