Mary Button t/a Really Good Cheese and Staffordshire Cheese - Stinking Bishop

Not a traditional English cheese, Stinking Bishop was created by the legend among cheesemakers, Charles Martell. It starts as a mould ripened cheese, like a Brie. The rind is washed with perry, producing a sticky orange exterior. and very pungent (think old socks), but with a creamy flavourful paste. You`ll either love it or hate it!
