Mary Button t/a Really Good Cheese and Staffordshire Cheese - Mrs Temples Alpine

Norfolk is not known for its Alps, but this is a fantastic cheese produced on the Temples` farm near Wells! It is similar to a French mountain cheese, slightly sweet and nutty, but absolutely delicious. It is made from pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
