Formerly made at the Hartington creamery, this has been revived by the Staffordshire Cheese Company. Quite mild for an English blue, it has a soft creamy character,and a hint of salt. Has to be made within 20 miles of Dovedale. Pasteurised milk, vegetarian rennet.
