GLUTEN FREE OATIE CRUMBLE MIX WITH GINGER DATE & WALNUT
A blend of Honey roasted Gluten free oat flakes, with crystallised ginger, dates & walnuts, Gluten free flour blend, demerara sugar, flour and ground spices.
Place crumble mix in a bowl, add melted butter, stir thoroughly and scatter rough pieces over fruit (or tinned pie filling) and bake for 45 mins in the oven.
Lovely on Rhubarb which is just coming in to season.
Allergens: Gluten free Oats, Walnuts, Ground Peanuts
Can also be used to make cookies, with the addition of butter, 1 egg and a teaspoon of baking powder.
Contains 200g more than enough for a family sized crumble. Or pack contents can be split to make smaller puddings.
