Our 2020 Great Taste 2* Award-Winning single origin chocolate box is made with cocoa grown at David Kebu's farm in the Guarda Canal of the volcanic Solomon Islands. The volcanic land means the soil is rich with minerals, and the cocoa picks up these flavours. When Luisa transforms the cocoa from bean-to-bar, this translates into wonderul "Arabic date" flavours, an aromatic taste and a sweet creaminess with an underlying citrus note. With raspberries to compliment the natural fruity and crisp notes of the chocolate.

This product contains no refined sugar, is soy free, gluten free, dairy-free, preservative free, sulphites free, and vegan, with absolutely no compromise on the exquisite taste.

I hand-make all my chocolate using the traditional artisan bean-to-bar process in small batches. Another unique point of my small business is the ethical ethos - we have a direct trade policy with our farmers, which cuts out the middle man, thus allowing us to pay our farmers more than fair-trade price. My business partner and I have travelled to meet our farmers all the way from the Solomon Islands to Colombia, making it truly an ethical business.
