Little Friends' Honey - Summer Flower Raw Honey (Runny)

This authentic runny honey was collected in a quite area of Derby through all the Summer season to offer you all the best from urban gardens. The honey has delicious citrus cascade and delicate peachy after taste. Great on its own or sprinkled over berries with/or plain yoghurt.
As runny honey dissolves quickly, use it in your 'water-lemon-honey' warm drink in the morning. Start your day with health and energy!
P.S. It is normal for honey to crystallise, and this is the best proof of it being natural. Some honeys crystallise quicker then others, but still after crystallisation honey is perfectly edible and has the same vitamins and minerals in it. If you don't like your honey going set - place the jar in bowl of warm water or electric oven, making sure the temperature never rises more then 40C. Never microwave raw honey! Make sure all the crystals dissolve, otherwise the honey will start crystallising quickly back again.
