Laurianne's Raw Cakes - Bergamot Strawberry

Most people don't know what bergamot is. Bergamot is a citrus that looks like a lime but is more the size of an orange. It flavours Earl Grey tea and is mostly consumed as an essential oil. Bergamot and Strawberry is a combo made in heaven. The Strawberry filling is like a fruity mousse and the bergamot oil in the crust gives a subtle sour citrusy taste.

A lot of people told me that it is my best cake yet! Just saying...

The Strawberry & Bergamot contains:
Almonds, Bergamot essence, Buckwheat groats, Cashew nuts, Coconut oil, Dates, Pistachio nuts, Salt (Himalaya), Strawberry

All my cakes are dairy, eggs and refined sugar free. I do not use ingredients containing gluten.
