Laurianne's Raw Cakes - Avocado Chocolate

Who would have thought that chocolate and avocado would go so well together? This chocolate and avocado ganache cake is so creamy and naturally sweet, you can't get enough of it.

Warning, because I use raw cacao which is a bit bitter than processed cocoa, this cake is not as sweet as it sounds.

The Chocolate & Avocado Ganache contains:
Avocados, bananas, cashew nuts, cacao powder, coconut oil, dates, flaxseeds, hazelnuts, limes, lucuma powder, maple syrup, peanut butter.

All my cakes are dairy, eggs and refined sugar free. I do not use ingredients containing gluten.
