Here at iQ, we use the finest single origin sundried criollo beans, from the Rio Negro valley in Peru, chosen for their generous fruity flavour. Then we add organic ginseng and ginger - perfect for Yogis! iQ chocolate is stoneground, at low temperatures, keeping it raw. This means in addition to the exciting burst of taste and flavour, we retain the high levels of valuable nutrients and antioxidants lost in traditional methods of chocolate making. This depth of flavour is enhanced with nectar of coconut blossom, which has a low GI. These healthy ingredients combine to make a delicious gluten free, dairy free, nut free, bar of chocolate.
