In the box you'll find fresh ingredients - sourced from Fife and the surrounding area and as locally as possible. There's a handy recipe card, created by local chef Stella Colleluori of Hatters Catering, with an easy-to-follow, step-by-step guide to a fantastic meal for 4.

Ingredients are as follows: Beef from Falkland Estate Organic Farm, spice sachet (cloves, oregano and cumin) from Sri Spice Ltd, ewe's milk cheese from John Muir Country Store, pickled chillies from Foragers Chillies and Herbs, wraps from Simply Flo and onions, garlic, lime, tomatoes, coriander, radishes, spring onions for Organic Welltree. We've also included a beef stock cube, some sour cream and a paper cartouche so all you need to add is salt and pepper to taste!
