Ecoworks - Garlic

Grown to organic and permacultue principles, the soil is prepared with extract nutrients, and each bulb is hand planted further apart to allow a larger bulb to form than you find in farmed supermarket garlic. This garlic was harvested a month ago so is a bit milkier than the supermarket dried garlic. Can be dried at home for later use.
