Charlotte Flower Chocolates - Smoked Sea Salt And Java Milk Chocolate Shards

Java single origin milk chocolate is characteristically pale in colour and rich in flavour. Lots of caramel and cream. The smoked salt works beautifully with this chocolate; the salt cutting the sweetness, and then enhancing the natural flavours of the chocolate. The smokiness is in the background and adds depth to the flavours.

Shards are thin, randomly patterned and shapes pieces of chocolate; they are packaged as 100g, in clear bags with a card band wrapper

Cocoa solids 32.9% minimum: cocoa butter, whole MILK powder 22% minimum, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla; smoked sea salt (1%)

Decoration: fat reduced cocoa powder, vegetable fat (palm, shea)
