• 8 x Mince pies; homemade mincemeat in a slow vegan pastry made with organic Scottish oats.
• 2 x All the fruit Christmas cake; moist chestnut and spelt flour cake packed with organic raisins, sultanas, currants, apricots, figs and dates topped candied fruit and nut topping.
• 2 x Ginger, spiced plum at dark choc; ginger and carrot sponge made with Tomnaha carrots topped with chocolate ganache and a spice plum gel made with local Victoria plums.
• 2 x Bûche de Noël – dark rye sponge, caramel date filling and organic chestnut cream.
• 1 x A moist and gently spiced dark chocolate cake made using rye flour with a creamy citrus frosting.
