Casella&Polegato - Walnut Loaf

Made with organic flour this chunky, slightly sweet bread is delicious by itself or as an accompaniment to strong cheeses such as mature Cheddar, goats' or blue cheeses.
It also goes well with salami - or even just with a generous spreading of butter. This loaf freezes very well.
