Our sourdough bread is made by white organic flour and the fermentation of dough using naturally-occurring Lactobacillus.

The bread has a mildly sour taste and we refresh our MOTHER DOUGH weekly. That`s an amazing bread that you can really enjoying with smoked salmon, pate, strong cheese... or just dipped into extra virgin olive oil.
