Caithness Smokehouse - Kiln Roasted Smoked Salmon
Kiln roasted Salmon, more commonly know as "Hot smoked or Flakey Salmon" is cold smoked initially and then returned to the kiln a day later to roast and further smoke.
We use only farmed Salmon witch is why it has been essential to find a first class producer.
In line with our policy to source locally (Caithness & Sutherland) whenever possible, we are fortunate to have Loch Duart as a neighbour.
This company have consistently won awards for sustainable quality fish.
Kiln roasted Salmon with a fruit based salsa makes an excellent lunch.
