Wildcards are our flavour of the month kombuchas and only made in small one-offs.

Wildcards are random - that's the fun. The flavour of the month depends on what is seasonal both here and from our Spanish connection. It can also be what we can forage or what our neighbours in Newburgh have in their wonderful fruit gardens. We only use whole fruits, flowers or herbs. Nothing artificial is added - nothing is taken away.

We can't guarantee which Wildcard you will get as these change with each new kombucha batch.
