Bioaquafarm - Blackcurrant And Vanilla Jam 330G

We only use freshly picked ripe berries from our orchard which is part of our bio-symbiotic farm, free from chemicals, then we add a touch of lemon zest and cinnamon and enough demerara sugar (29%) to balance acidity and preserve it. Once opened use within 6 weeks, always use a clean spoon/knife in the jar to preserve it longer!
