Bill the Butcher - Toulouse Sausage Gluten Free 440G

This classic French recipe Sausage is made by coarsely chopping pork, and mixing with spices, mainly Nutmeg & Garlic. There is no water added, and no Rusk, or Breadcrumbs as you would find in an English style sausage.
