Bill the Butcher - Sliced Home Cooked Beef

We take Top Rib of Grass fed Beef, and dry age it for 14 days, then we Vacuum pack it and age it for at least another 7 days.
When fully matured, we trim and prepare the joint to the highest standard, and then roast it.

Ingredients: 100% Beef.
