We take Chuck Steak from grass fed beef reared on Salisbury Plain, and remove any gristle and excess fat. Then we mince it! This minced Beef Steak is great for Bolognese, chilli or Cottage pie, as it has a decent flavour of its own, and versatile enough to make burgers. This pack will serve 4 people.
