Bambú (Living Sustainably) - Trodden Black Pineapple Chilli Jam

If this jam weren't made from pineapples, I’d say ‘It’s A Peach!’
Inspired by life and food from the Southern Hemisphere, this full-flavoured chilli jam is jammin’ with good heat and plenty of character. Scotch Bonnets are amazing chillies, and we think we’ve done them proud with this creation.

pineapple, sugar, cider vinegar, red chilli, scotch bonnet chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, turmeric, lemon rind & juice
