Bambú (Living Sustainably) - Organic Red Lentils

These Organic Red Lentils are pre-hulled and split. They are ideal in soups, stews and pâtés, and they make a great daal or dip. There is no need to pre-soak them, simply bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
Note: A portion of pulses (lentils, beans and peas) counts as one of your five a day.
