Bambú (Living Sustainably) - Dried Wheat Noodles (Suitable For Vegetarian & Vegan)

These dried flattened noodle packets are perfect for an Asian inspired noodle dish. Add a mixture of vegetables, fried egg with or without meat, a splash of soy sauce and Shaoxin rice wine for extra flavour.
Boil the noodles for a couple of minutes, drain and add directly to the vegetables stir fry or a bowl of soup. Mix & season to taste and voila!
These noodle packs are sourced plastic-free and sold loose, which means you can enjoy a noodle dish knowing that it wasn't wrapped in plastic packaging.
