We understand that you might think that microgreens aren’t for you, but why not try our powder? We occasionally have more microgreens than we need so we simply take our fresh crop, remove the water (in a dehydrator) and then blend them into a powder, this ensures that we don't have any wastage. We think that a course grind works best. Our Mighty Micro Mix blend is a mixture of sunflower, pea, radish, cress, broccoli and red cabbage microgreens.

Microgreens powder is great for adding to a smoothie (sprinkle in a teaspoon as you make it), liberally dusted over any completed dish, use it to give a healthy kick to your Sunday roast, or sprinkle it onto a pizza. Perfect for camping trips or for walkers to add to your meals when out and about (and much easier to pop into your rucksack, rather than lugging a sack of veg with you up the side of Ben Lomond!)
