America Farm - Hoggett Loin Chops T Bones

Our 18 month old Hogget, hung for 2 weeks for flavour and tenderness. Cared for on the farm these are only available twice a year. This cut is the premium chop offering the lamb equivalent of a t-bone steak (but much smaller).
