Alice's Garden - Redcurrant Jelly With Sloe Gin

A sweet/sharp fruity jelly, made with home-grown redcurrants and fortified with home-made sloe gin. Great with meat and cheese, adds richness when stirred into gravy, or lovely just spread on toast for breakfast.

Ingredients: redcurrants, sugar, sloe gin.
