Alice's Garden - Pear Orange And Cardamon Chutney

A light, sweet yet tangy chutney made with conference pears grown on a neighbouring allotment, cashew nuts and poppy seeds for texture and an aromatic hint of cardamom. My personal favourite, especially nice with Stilton.

*made on 20th November, so will need to mature for at least 3 weeks before consuming.

Ingredients: Pear, orange, white malt vinegar (*barley), sugar, *cashew nuts, poppy seeds, cardamom, spices.
