Alice's Garden - Apple And Pear Chutney

A lightly spiced chutney, similar to mango chutney. Made with fruit grown on my allotment and fortified with Castle Rock Harvest Pale ale.

Ingredients: Apple, pear, onion, *white malt vinegar (*barley), sugar, chilli, lime juice & zest *Castle Rock Harvest Pale (*barley), garlic, nigella seed, *mustard seed, spices.
