Strathearn Cheese Co. - Lanark Blue Wedge

The original and famous Lanark Blue Cheese, made seasonally from February to August from the milk from their flock of Lacaune Ewes. Sweet and fresh in the spring becomes stronger and can be peppery by Christmas.
Made by the Errington cheese co, in Ogscastle, near Carnrwath, South Lanarkshire.
