I'm Sam and I have been working as a food producer since 2012.
After being diagnosed as coeliac I really discovered how much food affects our mental and physical health... And how pivotal food can be in environmental and community issues. Food is everything!
My first food business started with a gluten-free triple chocolate brownie, selling to local shops and cafes, standing on farmers markets and getting involved in grassroots food. Running pop up kitchens, cookery lessons and providing catering.
Before lockdown I Ran a street food business called Dosa Love, making Indian Street food with traditional Dosa. Now I run a shop and cafe in Nottingham called Deli Llama. Woodhouse Kitchen is a business I set up to sell my range of foods.
Now I make a variety of foods, All from scratch. Tweaking them to my own tastes. Using the best ingredients I can get my hands on and putting all my love in to everything I make. My speciality is cooking for People with dietary requirements but it really is food that anyone can enjoy.
Including Beautiful slow cooked dishes using organic grass fed meats.
Plenty of plantbased and veggie options.
Healthy sugar free, gluten free and plantbased cakes....
And also some not so healthy cakes... Made with lots of organic ingredients.
Gluten-free pasta doughs, and batters. Including Dosa batter. Pastry doughs and more..
I love making food for people to enjoy. It means everything to me to make food that makes people happy...
I really do hope you enjoy the food I make for you.
