Hi, I’m Rachel who breeds rare Oxford Sandy and Black and Gloucester Old Spot pigs , I have a real passion in breeding slow grown pigs to produce tasty, mouth watering pork products.
My pigs are free to root and are fed a varied diet which produces great tasting pork.
I supply to customers within the local Ashbourne, area as well as local Farmers markets in neighbouring towns.
I produce the following products:
* Sausages
* Bacon smoked & unsmoked
* A variety of different flavoured sausage rolls
* Pork Pies
* Scotch eggs
* Chorizo & Coppa
