Mark grew up in Somerset in the west country of England
As a child he roamed the Mendip hills around Wells, Cheddar and Glastonbury. He worked in local farms that produced the world famous Cheddar cheese; apples (and so cider); and strawberries.
Inspired by this experience he is creating a range of truly scrumptious organic fruit, salads and vegetables.
He also manages a flock of Laying hens producing truly tasty eggs - unanimously agreed by the judges of the 2016 Bord Bia National Organic Awards to be the Best in Show and adjudged to "taste like a real egg should".
