Perthshire Preserves

Unit 65, John Player Building, Stirling Enterprise Park, Stirling, FK7 7RP

Perthshire Preserves was set up in 2010 by Iain Mackenzie & Kate Thornhill. They began the business in their home - a first floor flat - in rural Perthshire making 6 preserves selling at farmers markets in the local area. The list now has risen to over 80. More recently they have moved to industrial premises in Stirling and have employed a member of staff.

The products are made using the best quality ingredients available & they change with the seasons. There are core products; strawberry, raspberry & blackcurrant conserves, orange & Seville orange marmalades, pear & apple and hot banana chutneys and finally lemon, passionfruit & ginger curds. They are well known throughout Scotland for their quirky take on local products such double espresso ale marmalade, wild garlic, fireweed and gorse jellies, and their ever popular strawberry & black pepper conserve.

They supply boutique B&B's, 4 & 5 Star hotels, farm shops whilst still trading at Farmers Markets &Food Festivals . They also offer mail order sending orders off all over the world.
