Green’s Granola is a home-based micro-bakery in Auchterarder, Perthshire. I’m Erika Green, the owner, and my mission is simple: to create fresh, tasty, homemade and wholesome granola, just for you.
I bake every batch of granola by hand and to order, on a tiny scale with minimal processing, using local and sustainably sourced ingredients wherever possible.
I make my granola with pure Scottish wholegrain jumbo oats and generous helpings of organic pumpkin and sunflower seeds. To give each granola its unique taste, I add ground spices, or coconut, or rich cocoa powder, or espresso coffee, and so on, depending on the flavour. I sweeten the granola naturally with honey and gently bake it to a lovely crunch before adding hand roasted nuts or delicious dried fruit.
Sprinkle a couple of tablespoons of Green’s Granola on your yoghurt, porridge or pancakes to add a tasty and satisfying crunch to your breakfast.
