We are Kat Goldin and Kevin Harrison, smallholders on Cardross Estate in Port of Menteith. We are passionate about regenerative farming and regularly host a range of workshops and experiences including our highly rated 'Meet the Goats' airbnb experiences and online and onfarm courses on sourdough, foraging, fermentation and other related subjects. We work with other local foragers, providers and and farmers to offer high quality experiences and products including sourdough kits, locally sourced meat including grass-fed highland beef, our own soay lamb and goat, wool compost and whiskey barrel planters.
