Rustic producer of fine foods and drinks from our free range farm in northern Nottinghamshire. We only make small-batch kombucha brews and treat our farm and hedgerows as our local food resource. Wherever possible the ingredients are hand picked right here or sometimes we get some help from our happy bees in our hives. We are very lucky to have access to a sustainable supplier of top quality Norwegian chaga cank - a much respected cure-all from the Arctic Circle. Throughout each season we combine whatever is ripe and ready with health boosting superfoods like chaga/honey/ginger etc... to double down on the benefit from your kombucha. Please re-use the very snazzy and handy flip-top bottles at home and you can even arrange to return them direct to us.
