Bourtree Jams & Preserves came about in 2018, in Jackie’s kitchen in Alyth. Using locally sourced and seasonal produce wherever possible only the best premium fruit is used in all Bourtree jams, marmalade’s, curds and chutneys. All Bourtree preserves are made without any added gelling agents, colourings, additives or preservatives. For me it’s a labour of love.
