Alice's Garden - Curried Pumpkin Ketchup

A sweet and sour ketchup, made from pumpkins grown on my plot. Reminiscent of mango chutney crossed with chip shop curry sauce, this versatile ketchup is excellent with halloumi burgers or with poppadoms as a dip.

Ingredients: pumpkin, onion, *malt vinegar, sugar, salt, ginger, chilli, spices, *celery seed.
