Alice's Garden - Christmas Pudding Chutney

A rich, dark sticky chutney made with apples grown on a friend's plot, ginger and Christmas spices. A perfect accompaniment to the Christmas cheeseboard (or any other time of year) - excellent with a mature or crunchy vintage cheddar.

Ingredients: Apples, onion, crystallised ginger, muscovado sugar, *malt vinegar, garlic, spices.
