I create health supplements and herbal teas after switching to a healthier lifestyle due to my daughters ill health. After much research and connecting with natural healers we focused on restoring the gut and supporting the immune system. From that I came across the power of the Elderberry. Used for centuries to reduce inflammation and improve the immune system we have developed a beautifully tasting Organic Elderberry Syrup. I offer two flavours, Simply Elderberry, or the Ginger and Clove blend which is a personal favourite! It is completely vegan like all my products and is suitable for all ages.
I also sell the wonderful superfood that is Wildcrafted Sea moss gel. The sea moss is imported from the Caribbean, is slowly cooked to release the phytonutrients, blended and set as a gel. Sea Moss is said to contain 92 of the 102 minerals the body needs so it's difficult to find something it doesn't help with. I've personally seen an improvement in my heavy menstrual cycle, increased energy levels and weight loss.
Other products I create are organic herbal leaf teas. I have a small range including Mango leaf, Guava leaf and Soursop leaf. These are imported from Sri Lanka after being sun dried naturally. I then crumble them down into biodegradable teabags. These have a light taste to them making it easier to transition to a healthier cup of tea.
